Emamali Rahmonouf is the president of Tajikstan, former USSR republic, which like Iran is a farsi speaking nation. Mr Rahmanouf recently with the backing of UNESCO recorded the nationality of the Persian/Iranian profit "Zartosht" a Tajik!

In recent years Mr Rahmanouf has tried to create Tajik nationalship for many farsi speaking celebreties, as an example Googoosh.

Googoosh the pop icon from Iran who just recently left the Islamic Repulic to perfom in U.S. and Canada for the first time in over 20 years.... has been and is a national hero in Tajikstan, Mr Rahmonouft has ordered her birthday a national day of celebration with special programs for the public, with financial support from the Tajik government.
